This document sets out the mandatory professional and ethical standards required of all mentors serving with Voices Empowered. Compliance is a non-negotiable condition of membership.

Voices Empowered is a UK-based student nonprofit dedicated to providing high-quality, equitable, and impactful academic support and mentorship to students from underrepresented communities, including across partner schools such as Moseley School and Sixth Form.

Legal Framework: As an organisation that processes personal data and works with individuals under the age of 18, Voices Empowered operates in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Children Act 1989, and the principles set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
